RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Reservations should be made
as early as possible, especially when touching the cities in their busy periods.
1)
Hotel bookings and City Packages are accepted at no less than 7 working days to arrival
2) Escorted Tours reservations should be made at least 30 days
prior to departure,
and especially when there are timely delivery of all documents.
3) All bookings are subject to availability. 4) All bookings will be assumed full guarantee and acceptance of the agent at the time of Harvest Tours's confirmation, cancellation procedures and policies will immediately apply automatically. 5) Harvest Tours does not do reconfirmation with agents on all confirmed bookings. All bookings are assume full acceptance by the agent at time of our confirmation. 6) Name changes are not allowed on all FIT hotel and city package bookings, this is to avoid the unnecessary and excess holding of hotel rooms. RESERVATION PROCEDURES LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Hotel only and City Packages
would be accepted at no less than 7 working days to arrival, and escorted tours
are at no less than 10 working days to arrival. All last minute bookings are subject to space
availability, and Harvest Tours must have full guaranteed payment before we will
check for the availability. Once
booking is confirmed, full cancellation policy will immediately apply and there
will be penalty for all changes. However,
If we are unable to confirm the services as requested, alternatives will be
offered or booking could be canceled with no penalty. RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Working days and hours are Monday to
Friday at 9am to 5pm of North America Pacific time, and not including all public holidays
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Harvest Tours do not
responsible for all entry-visa requirements into U.S.A. and/or Canada from any
countries. And entry-visa matters
are not excepted and/or excused from cancellation policies.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Foreign language guides may
be requested for the independent City Packages at a surcharge, and they are
subject to availability.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Hotel service charge and
meal gratuities are included if they are in the inclusive packages.
Tipping is not included to drivers, guides and tour Conductors/Directors.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES All rates are including the Provincial City Tax at time of this tariff on 01-Oct at a year prior to this tariff validation year, they are subject to change with no prior notice
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Triple Occupancy rates are
all based on existing beddings only, cots and/or Rollaway beds are not included.
Or if required, they will be on availability basis only and payable
directly to the hotel.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
All accommodations are based on 'run-of-the-house'.
The right is reserved to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar
grade, when necessary. Harvest Tours do not hold responsible for all hotel
over-booking situations where the hotel may relocate the individual(s).
However, we will do our utmost to ensure this relocation will be to a
property of similar or higher category as if situation allows.
All hotel check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time
is before 12-noon. RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Hotel Only - No deposit is required.
(B)
City Packages and Escorted Tours - A deposit of $100.00 per person is due
within 14 days of booking, but if bookings are within 14 days to arrival then
full payment is immediately due upon confirmation.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Harvest Tours must receive
Balance of payment at no later than 14 days prior to the tours and/or services.
Failure to comply may result in an automatic cancellation of your
reservation and forfeiture of deposits. All last minute booking (as noted above)
must be accompanied by full guaranteed payment.
Harvest Tours reserves the
right to cancel the booking if deposit and/or payment is not received as
requested, and cancellation charge will apply.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Notification of
cancellations must be in writing of either by fax or e-mail and they must only
be sent directly to its booking office.
Cancellation charges are calculated as based on the date that Harvest
Tours receives such notification. Cancellations
sent to Harvest Tours during non-business hours are considered to be received at
the first business hour following.

Hotel only
1)
No charge if cancellations are received more than 72 hours to the day of
arrival
2)
One night charge if cancellations are within 24 to 72 hours to the day of
arrival
3)
Minimum one night’s room charge and may be full charges, if
cancellations are within 24 hours to the day of arrival
4)
No refund to all no show’s.
5)
USD75 per night or may be no refund per certain booking policy, on all
early check-out or unused nights.
(B)
City Packages and Escorted Tours
1)
No charge if cancellations at more than 21-days to arrival.
2)
USD50
penalty charge per booking on cancellations within 14 to 21 working days to
arrival.
3)
USD100
penalty charge per booking on cancellations within 7 to 14 working days to
arrival.
4)
USD200
penalty charge per person per booking on cancellations within 4 to 7 working
days to arrival
5)
No refund on all bookings within 5 working days to arrival
6)
No refund on all no show’s
7)
No
refund after first day of services on any cancellations and/or unused
arrangements
8)
*To
bookings of 6 people or more, no refund to all cancellations within 14 working
days to arrival
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Harvest Tours reserves all rights.
Harvest Tours acts only as an agent and/or intermediary
for the independent suppliers and/or contractors providing transportation,
accommodations and other related travel services. Harvest Tours assumes no responsibility or liability for any
injury, damage, loss, accident with any services resulting directly or
indirectly from acts of God, strikes, war declared or undeclared, government
regulations, thefts, fair of any means, discrepancies or changes over which it
has no control. Reasonable changes
in the itinerary may be made when necessary for the comfort and safely of the
tour participants. The right is
reserved also to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour member at any
time. Harvest Tours's responsibility is
